Goopgenes All-in-one Super Nutrients Face Oil
I really wanted to try this natural retinol alternative to see what results I can get, but also to see how my skin would react. So far so good. Its a really nice rich feeling oil. I particularly love the smell and texture. It sinks in really well and definitely imparts a coddling kind of effect. I can tell from the smell and texture that this oil is filled with nutrients for the skin. I haven't reacted to any of the ingredients and do feel like my skin just feels softer and looks more even toned.
I have experimented with regular retinols, but so far have struggled to find one that doesn't cause the dreaded redness and flaking. One idea I came across is to put thick moisturizer on the skin first and then layer on the retinol over this to help prevent the redness and stinging. I am going to give this a try once I find a retinol that I think will work for me.

Here is another natural alternative to a retinol that I wanted to try. I love how it is 100% natural and organic. Its quite a thick oil so you dont need lots. As I have mature skin, I really like the consistency of this oil. It sinks in really nicely and so far I am very happy with this oil as an alternative. I also like how it is a blend of actives and antioxidants and essential fatty acids to nourish and protect. This is definitely a buy again alternative for me.
